BLINK SUBSCRIPTION PLAN TERMS UK
When you choose to purchase, use or subscribe to a Blink Subscription Plan (“Blink Subscription Plan”), these Blink Subscription Plan Terms and the Blink Terms of Service (the “Terms”) will apply. Any capitalized terms, and/or the term “you”, used but not defined below have the definitions provided in the Blink Terms of Service.
BLINK SUBSCRIPTION PLAN RECORDINGS
Included as part of your Blink Subscription Plan, we will automatically receive for storage any Blink Recordings captured by your Blink Devices that are associated with your Blink Subscription Plan (“Blink Subscription Plan Recordings”).
PROMOTIONAL TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may enjoy a Blink Subscription Plan in the following ways:
Promotional Trials. We sometimes offer certain customers various trial or other promotional subscriptions to Blink Subscription Plans, which are subject to these Terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers. Trial subscribers may at any time choose not to continue to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. If you do not enter into a paid subscription for a Blink Subscription Plan before the end of your trial period, if any, your Blink Subscription Plan Recordings will be deleted.
Paid Monthly and Annual Subscriptions. When you first set up your Blink Device through the Blink Services, or at any time after you begin using your Blink Device, you may enjoy a Blink Subscription Plan by enrolling in a monthly or annual paid subscription plan, which will continue until you or we cancel your subscription. These subscription plans entitle you to access a Blink Subscription Plan for each payment period until such subscription is cancelled. Your paid subscription will automatically commence the later of (i) when you attach the subscription to the Blink Device in the Blink app or on Amazon.co.uk, or (ii) on the first day following the end of your applicable trial period if you attach the subscription to the Blink Device while your applicable trial is active.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR BLINK SUBSCRIPTION PLAN WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE BLINK (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND ANY TAXES FOR EACH SUCCESSIVE TERM, AND MAY USE ANY PAYMENT METHOD BLINK OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Subscription fees are billed or charged on the first day of the applicable subscription period. If any payment is not received, is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Blink and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel your Blink Subscription Plan subscription unless you provide us with a new payment method.
If you provide us with a new payment method and are successfully charged before your subscription is cancelled, your new subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
To the extent applicable, if you choose to pay by direct debit, you agree that we may take the charge as early as the first day of the applicable subscription period. If you enroll for a paid subscription on or after the expiry of your free trial, we may take charge on the same day as you enroll. We will confirm the mandate by email once you have enrolled and will give you advance notice of future charges after the initial charge.
Changes to the subscription fee. We may change the subscription fee for your Blink Subscription Plan from time to time. If we change your subscription fee due to, for example, changes in the law, tax rates, inflation, technology and software costs for the Blink Services, or industry-wide changes in overall costs for providing you the Blink Services, we will notify you of the fee change and the effective date of the fee change at least 30 days before it takes effect. At any time within 30 days of the notice of a subscription fee change, you may reject the change by cancelling your subscription at no additional cost in Your Memberships & Subscriptions within your Amazon.co.uk account. If you decide to cancel your subscription, we will give you, if applicable, a prorated refund as described in the “Cancellation of Subscription Services” Section below. If you do not reject the subscription fee change before it comes into effect by cancelling your subscription, you will be deemed to have agreed to it, and the change to the subscription fee will be effective on the date in our notice but will only be charged to you when your next subscription fee is due.
Cancellation of Subscription Services. You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason at any time within 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, in the case of services or digital content not supplied in a tangible medium. For more information about your 14-day right of withdrawal, please click here. You may cancel your Blink Subscription Plan by contacting us or through your subscription settings in Your Memberships & Subscriptions within your Amazon.co.uk account, at any time, with or without cause. If you cancel a monthly Blink Subscription plan you will cease to be entitled to access the Blink Subscription Plan immediately on the date of the cancellation. If you cancel an annual Blink Subscription plan you will continue to enjoy access to the Blink Subscription Plan until the end of the month when you have cancelled the subscription. After your cancellation you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund of any fees paid for the billing period of your subscription. After the subscription ends, no new Blink Subscription Plan Recordings will be accessible by you and your existing Blink Subscription Plan Recordings will automatically delete based on your settings in the Blink app.
