For What Purposes does Blink Process Your Personal Information?

We process your personal information to operate, provide, and improve the products and services of Blink and its affiliates. These purposes include: 

  • Purchase and delivery of products and services. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products, services, and promotional offers. When you make a purchase on Blink websites, you provide your email address, first and last name, shipping address, and billing information, including credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is collected by our third party payment processor. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, our third party payment processor provides us with your name, email address, phone number, postal address, customer ID, and the last four digits of your credit card number. We use this information to process and fulfill your order, provide Blink Services, and provide you with product information and updates.

  • Provide, troubleshoot, and improve Blink Services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve usability and effectiveness of the Blink Services.

  • Recommendations and personalization. We use your personal information to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with Blink Services.

  • Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we have a legal obligation to collect and process your personal information.

Does Blink Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. Blink shares customers’ personal information only as described below and with its affiliates that are either subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

  • Third Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. We design our systems and devices with your security and privacy in mind.

You can access your information, including your name, address, payment options, profile information, and order history in the “Account” section of the website. You can access and delete video clips from your Blink app.

  • As discussed above, you can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of the Blink Services.

  • You can add or update certain information on pages such as your account page on our websites. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the previous version for our records.

  • If you don't want to receive e-mail or other communication from us, please contact Blink Customer Support or click on the unsubscribe link included in e-mails you have received from us.

  • If you want to browse our websites anonymously, you may do so by logging out of your account and disabling cookies on your browser.

Blink doesn't sell products for purchase by children. If you're under 18, you may use Blink Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
